I’ll direct you just enough to make it feel natural — no stiff posing, no awkward hands, and no blood-sucking lighting.

For corporate photography — we’re not here to strip out your personality. The best business headshots still feel like you.

For Men
Stick to tailored shirts, blazers, or suits in neutral or soft tones (think black, navy, grey, white, dark green). Bring a couple of outfit options on the day so we can pick what looks best through the lens.

For Women
Choose a relaxed-fit dress, blouse, or tailored top with a blazer in soft colours or simple patterns. Pockets are great (they give your hands something to do). Bring a few outfit changes and we’ll narrow it down together.

Accessories
Keep it clean and professional — think simple jewellery, classic watch. But hey, if a big bold necklace or gold chain is part of your brand, wear it. Personal branding photography is all about showing the real you.

Grooming

Poses & expressions
The best corporate headshot sessions are relaxed ones. I’ll guide you the whole way through — no awkward poses, no “say cheese”. Just confident, approachable photos that feel like you on your best day.

Depends on what we’re doing — but I work fast and efficiently. Most shoots fall into a half-day or full-day category. Whereas headshots, are only a matter of hours. We’ll scope it out beforehand so there are no surprises. Rest assured, quick + snappy doesn’t mean rushed! Your time is valuable. To me, every minute counts.

Absolutely. I can guide you through everything from location to shot list to making sure Barry from Accounts digs out his best polo!

Fast. Like, surprisingly fast. You won’t be chasing me for files.

Turnaround is usually within a week — often sooner. If you’re on a tight deadline, just let me know and I’ll aim for a 48-hour delivery.

It happens! If you need to update your team photos because someone’s moved on (or you've added a new legend), I offer super low rates for quick re-shoots. No need to redo the whole thing — we’ll slot the new shots in so everything stays consistent and fresh. Just give me a shout when you’re ready.

Totally up to you. For corporate photography or a personal brand shoot, it can make a difference — but it’s not essential.

If you’re confident doing it yourself, that’s fine. But if a professional will make you feel confident and polished, then it’s probably worth it.

Just remember: keep it real. This isn’t the day for full bridal glam or mega lashes that hide your eyes. The goal is to be the best version of your true self.

Honestly? That’s never happened. But if for any reason you’re not happy with your headshots, I’ll re-do them for free. I’m a professional photographer based in Brisbane, and I’m proud of the work I deliver — so I back it 100%.

I don’t have a fixed studio space, but I do have a mobile studio setup — full backdrop and lights included. I can easily set up in your office, home, or any space with a blank wall.

Yes! If you’re looking for a branding photographer in Brisbane who can capture you in a way that feels natural, confident, and real — I’m your guy. These shoots are ideal for creatives, coaches, freelancers, and founders who want something more “you” than a traditional corporate headshot.

I’m based in Brisbane, but will travel Australia-wide for commercial shoots! If you’re based in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Darwin, Adelaide or Hobart it’s obviously less costly. But I’ve travelled to the Mojave Desert and the Cliffs of Mohr for a shoot. So absolutely feel free to shoot for the stars (well, actually we may have some limits there).
