Keep it simple. Neutrals are your friend — no logos, loud graphics, or hectic patterns (especially anything geometric that’ll mess with the camera). Focus on the top half, since that’s what we’re mostly shooting.

Everything should be clean, ironed, and hanging — not crumpled in a backpack. Bring at least three outfit options so we’ve got room to mix it up. Trust me, having choices makes a big difference on the day.

And no stress — if you’re unsure, bring it all. I’ll help you pick.

For corporate photography — we’re not here to strip out your personality. The best business headshots still feel like you.

For Men
Stick to tailored shirts, blazers, or suits in neutral or soft tones (think black, navy, grey, white, dark green). Bring a couple of outfit options on the day so we can pick what looks best through the lens.

For Women
Choose a relaxed-fit dress, blouse, or tailored top with a blazer in soft colours or simple patterns. Pockets are great (they give your hands something to do). Bring a few outfit changes and we’ll narrow it down together.

Accessories
Keep it clean and professional — think simple jewellery, classic watch. But hey, if a big bold necklace or gold chain is part of your brand, wear it. Personal branding photography is all about showing the real you.

Grooming

• Hair tidy and off your face.

• Makeup natural and enhancing (not overpowering).

• Facial hair? Keep it neat.

Fast. Like, surprisingly fast. You won’t be chasing me for files — I’m on it.

Turnaround is usually within a week — often sooner. If you’re on a tight deadline, just let me know and I’ll aim for a 48-hour delivery.

Making you look and feel your best is my absolute super-power. You don’t need to know how to pose to take a good photo. I’ll direct you just enough to make it feel natural — no forced smiles, awkward hands or pasty lighting around here!

I’m based in Brisbane, but will travel Australia-wide for commercial shoots! If you’re based in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Darwin, Adelaide or Hobart it’s obviously less costly. But I’ve travelled to the Mojave Desert and the Cliffs of Mohr for a shoot. So absolutely feel free to shoot for the stars (well, actually we may have some limits there).

Yes! Most brands I work with need content as well as headshot photography. And yes, when Jenny moves on, I can come back and shoot the new guy! I offer super low rates for quick re-shoots. No need to redo the whole thing — we’ll slot the new shots in so your team look aligned.
